We are looking for 4 Operation Team Leaders

Roles1. Operation /Maintenance of waste incinerator
Required1. English – intermediate level;
2. Word, Excel, Power Point;
3. Have own transportation such as a car or motorcycle;
4. Have experience shifts working or operating plan;
5. Operation experience in facility, more than 3 years experience as a team leader with subordinate;
6. Favorable experience – waste treatment facility.
Qualifications1. Preferrable with Bachelor but experience is more significant
Duties & Responsibilities1. Operation and maintenance of incineration facilities
– Operates central control room monitoring, data monitoring and parameter setting;
– Patrol inspection of equipment, early detection of equipment abnormalities, cleaning;
– Input of waste by crane operation;
– Replenish chemicals and refuel equipment;
– Simple repair, replacement of consumables, initial trouble handling;
– Transportation by heavy equipment (forklift, etc.);
– Daily document preparation (driving diary, abnormality report, repair request, etc.);
– Create and revise operating procedures and manuals;
– Manage documents such as daily driving reports and monthly reports;
– Operating cost management;
– Ensuring stable operation.2. Working as a team leader
– Business allocation of subordinates;
– Education of subordinates (business content, safety and health);
– Report driving status to superior;
– Proposal of optimal operating conditions based on daily situations;
– Operation transfer work to the next shift;
– Contact and coordination with related departments in the event of an abnormality
